A dark, droning preview of what's about to happen. I ran through the streets of my subconscious, watching the buildings dissolve as the sheer mental illness was seeping through concrete. I had never felt as sick in my whole life. I heard heavy breathing all around me and tried to catch my own breath, to keep it as my own little secret, so that no one would know that my heart was about to blow apart. I kept my eyes steady, fixed on someone's overcoat, standing perfectly still, petrified. I felt the blood rush into my brain, I could hear it pumping through my veins, I could hear my heart pounding in my ears.. I was sure they knew. They all knew. They knew how fucking terrified I was, and their silence was pure torture. I could not move. Somewhere high above me there was a noise that seemed to go on forever. Suddenly the elevator door opened, and people scattered around the office to get on with their work. I was panting, I was sweating. With shaking legs I left the elevator, found my own cubicle and turned on my computer...1:12:21
